Hub

Certain models of trailer hubs use non-hardened bolts to join a splined rotor to the hub. During a brake servicing, the rotors can be replaced without replacing the hub except that the non-hardened bolts often shear off in their respective holes. Our remanufacturing process removes the sheared bolts, repairs the threaded holes to better than OEM specifications, replaces the old rotor with a new one and saves half of the total cost of replacing the hub assembly with an entirely new assembly.
